PaymentI only accept payment via PayPal (except if you're spanish, then you could send me a Bizum). PayPal payments must be done as "Friends and Family", or else you will have to pay for the PayPal tax.
Most times I'll usually send you an invoice for the payment.I DON'T MAKE REFUNDS

Time limit commisionsIf you need your commission to be finished for a certain date, it will cost you an extra.
Otherwise, usually it takes me around a month to finish a piece, but it can take longer depending on complexity (no more than three months).
I will keep you updated, please dont pressure me.

Personal/commercial usesMy art is NOT for commercial uses unless arranged otherwise before hand, with a special payment required. If you dont follow this rule, I could sue you for copyright.
I have right to publish the artwork on my social medias, I dont have to tag you if you dont want. If the artwork is a surprise gift or so, it can be discused to delay the publishing.

ChangesMajor changes in the artwork cannot be made after the sketch is done. Minor changes can be made, the first three ones are free, but after that they will have an extra cost of 5€. (If I make any mistake on the design, it does not count as a change).

FilesIf you need an specific resolution or file size, you need to ask for it before I start working, otherwise it could be hard to change it.

Payment planOnly for commisions of a 100€ or more.
A date for the first payment will be arranged, you have a week to pay for it. After that first payment, your slot is guaranteed and you cannot get a refund (usually the first payment is about 50% of the total cost, but it can be discussed). Following that, the next payments will be made in about 2-3 weeks. I normally am a very empatic person, and I can understand that sometimes more time can be needed. But if you dont make the next payments, your order will be cancelled and I wont refund the first one.

QueueI post all of my progress on Trello and dont follow a strict order in my to do list. Orders with a time limit will be prioritized. You can always ask me for updates, but please dont be too pushy, my life can get very busy and dont always have time to answer immediatly.Artwork completionFiles will be send vía email or Telegram (as a file). If you need a specific file type or resolution, please ask beforehand.
Stickers will be send on a 512x512 png file and a original resolution png file.By commissioning me you accept these terms

el artista te escribirá avisando cuando vaya a empezarla, por favor no metáis presión

uso personal/comercialse prohíbe la distribución o uso comercial de mi arte, en caso de necesitarse para ello, deberás comunicarlo antes del pago, ya que esto añade un impuesto

tengo derecho total a publicar las piezas en mis redes sociales, puedes pedir que no se te etiquete o que espere si es una sorpresa, todo se puede hablar.

CAMBIOSNO SE PERMITEN CAMBIOS GRANDES DESPUES DEL BOCETO, SOLO SE PERMITEN 3 CAMBIOS GRATUITOS, A PARTIR DE AHÍ CADA CAMBIO COSTARÁ 5€ (MIS FALLOS EN EL DISEÑO O ALGO QUE SE ME HAYA ESPECIFICADO Y ME HAYA OLVIDADO AÑADIR NO CUENTAN COMO CAMBIO, POR LO QUE NO SERÁN COBRADOS)

ARCHIVOEN CASO DE NECESITAR UNA RESOLUCIÓN O TAMAÑO ESPECIFICO DEL ARCHIVO, se debe avisar antes de comenzar la comisión, tras ello se puede dificultar ese cambio según por donde vaya

planes de pagosolo para comisiones de más de 100 euros
se acuerda una fecha para el primer pago donde tendrás 1 semana para realizarlo, ese pago asegura tu puesto y tu comisión, por lo que no será reembolsado en ningún caso (normalmente el primer pago es de mínimo un 50% pero a veces puede varias)
tras esto tienes hasta 2 o 3 semanas (según la cantidad de pago) para realizar la otra parte, en caso de no hacerlo, se avisará y cancelará el slot, tras ser cancelado no se puede reembolsar su dinero del primer pago
normalmente suelo alargar estos plazos en algunos casos y ser empático, pero no puedo hacerlo siempre ya que depende de estos pagos, también suelo avisar con tiempo varias veces.

colaHago uso de trello, una página donde puedes comprobar el estado de tu comisión, no sigo la cola en orden, lo hago por comodidad y facilidad pero las comisiones que tienen prioridad por límite de tiempo serán realizadas con antelación sin importancia a la cola.
Siempre puedes preguntarme en cualquier caso o si ves alguna clase de error, pido no ser demasiado insistente ya que soy una persona ocupada y no suelo tener mucho tiempo para estar respondiendo

finalizaciónlos archivos serán enviados por correo electrónico o Telegram (archivo) así los podrás tener con mayor calidad, acostumbro a en algunos casos dar varias versiones de la ilustración, trabajo en archivos grandes con 300DPI de base, en caso de necesitar más se debe avisar antes de empezar la comisión!
los stickers se envian en formato 512x512 png, y en máxima calidad png.
